When you make your booking with one of our advisors, they will allocate a drop off time. This allows them to go through your van with you to correctly identify all the works agreed to at the time of booking.
We understand our customers are busy and we ask you to call ahead should you not be able to make this allocated time and a new time will be allocated. Arriving outside the agreed time may lead to delays in checking in.
A text message with the agreed date and time will be sent to you at the time of your booking and a reminder text message the day before your booking.
We have four dedicated drop off bays located adjacent to the large workshop. If all the bays are free, please pull forward to allow an additional van to be dropped off behind you.
Once you have arrived, you will find our advisors in the parts store (located on the map below). They will come out and place a yellow tag on your van so that our workshop staff can easily identify your van. They will then go through your concerns with you to ensure the most accurate information can be passed on to our technicians.
